Consulting Services $60/hr (2 hour minimum)

One Lead Planner

You need some help, but you’re not sure how much. You're busy with work and life, but are very creative and have lots of help from colleagues, family & friends. We meet with you, talk about your vision, and help create a design plan for you to follow. We provide you with vendor referrals matching your budget (we’ve seen them in action and know who’s good). You will take care of most of the details leading up to the event (we are available via phone & email to assist and guide along the way).

You are busy and have witnessed colleagues or friends spend thousands of dollars and HOURS planning an event. You have team but you want them to focus what they do best which is not event planning. You want to be involved but not responsible for the planning.  You will come up with a vision and pass it off to somebody with experience.  We work with you on everything – providing expert advice from locating your venue, managing your budget, vendor meetings, big and small event design, defining details, and creating personal décor on request.  We take care of everything from vendor referrals and meetings, to scaled event diagrams, inspiration and design boards, budget management, guest list management, and transportation.

  • Venue Selecting Process – Will help find your venue and go along to site walks

  • Running of up to (4) Event or Personal Errands (ie: p/u or shop for décor, materials, desserts, etc.)

  • Returning of Items up to (2) Returns After Event IE: Rentals, or Personals etc.

  • Transportation & Hotel Reservation Help

  • Vendor Selections/Contract Negotiations /Sourcing Specialty Items & Rentals

  • Assist w/ up to (4) Projects IE: Programs, Cards, Signs, Embellishments, Crafts, etc.

San Diego Creative Events (SDCE) was founded by Nino Venturella, a person who has a reputation for producing over the top events and parties. From shutting down the Coronado Bridge and I-5N freeway for a 150 exotic car rally to a black-tie fundraiser with over 2,000+ attendees, SDCE is ready to make your vision a reality. His vision began in 2011 with the start of the non-profit Cruise 4 Kids which has become San Diego's fastest growing non-profit. By creating various themed fundraisers and helping other organizations with their events, SDCE has relationships and access to niche resources and vendors that separate us from the competition. 

Our office is located in Veloce Motors The Vault in Miramar, San Diego, an exotic & classic car storage facility, media production center, and event venue. Truly a unique venue with offering multiple services under one roof.

Nino Venturella, Event Strategist/Founder

As long time San Diego resident, Nino has built a large network of business relationships over 15+ years in the wealth management and mortgage industry. Prior to jumping into a career in finance, Nino was an art major who realized being a starving artist wasn't for him. He was able to tap into his creative side as he planned client events and training seminars which separated him from colleagues.

Having a passion for organizing niche philanthropic events, this led him to create the non-profit Cruise 4 Kids (C4K). C4K’s mission is to raise money through their charity events to support and fund other kids and youth organizations on a local, state, federal, and global level. C4K is truly a non-profit meaning that the officers do not take a salary and dedicate their time and resources for free. C4K produces The Teddy Ball, The Bunny Ball, and Cruise 4 Kids Sports & Exotic Car Rally.

Nino is also the Social Chairman for Karma International San Diego Chapter, an exclusive, private membership organization dedicated to connecting exceptional & inspirational individuals both socially & professionally. As the Social Chairman, he is instrumental in organizing their mixers, signature socials, and themed events. Events include yacht parties, pool parties, poker tournaments, holiday parties, and mixers at exclusive venues and private residences.
