San Diego Creative Events is your access to The Vault Miramar, a 30,000 sqft media and event planning venue. We provide an ideal location for all your event needs. We encourage you to make The Vault your place for the day, creating the atmosphere that best suits your personality.
The Vault is a stylish industrial space with five-star kitchen amenities, fifteen-foot tall open spaces and creative audio-visual production areas that set the stage for an event like no other in Southern California. A modern event venue with a flexible urban setting is a blank slate and ready to be transformed by your imagination.
We provide renters with the option of sound equipment, tables & chairs, and a full list of vendors upon request. The space has free off-street parking for 100+ vehicles, as well as abundant street parking in the surrounding area. Rent out our entire venue or opt for one of the smaller rooms. We will create a package that fits your event needs.

General Rules of Venue
Use of Venue -
Renters use of the facilities are restricted to the specific areas contracted for this event.
Depending on size and type of event, The Vault may require renter to hire security to be on site to supervise, provide security and ensure venue facilities and vehicles are protected.
No smoking is permitted inside the building. Smoking is permitted on the outside deck.
Alcohol Consumption -
Legal drinking age in the state of California is 21 years old.
ABC licensed caterer is required if your event is NOT:
A private, invite only event
Alcohol is complimentary
Not charging admission or donation to attend
Bar Staff and The Vault’s Staff are authorized to close the bar down if alcohol consumption becomes a dangerous situation and is the cause of damage to the property.
Audio-Visual Equipment –
AV needs should be contracted from an outside vendor approved by The Vault.
Renter must provide SDCE with name and phone number of selected caterer and ensure that they have provided SDCE with a certificate of comprehensive liability insurance ($1,000,000 per incident) naming “San Diego Creative Events and Veloce Motors The Vault, LLC, located at 9340 Dowdy Dr, Ste 102, San Diego, CA 92126”as an additional insured.
Renter is responsible for ensuring that all subcontracted persons review and comply with San Diego Creative Events Rules and Conditions.
Kitchen amenities such as stove, oven, BBQ, and wood burning pizza oven may be used for an additional fee.
Cleaning Procedures –
Renter required to remove all trash from venue and dispose garbage in garbage bins on premises. A refundable cleaning deposit required.
All decorations must be approved by The Vaults staff.
A low tack tape may be applied to surfaces, nails or staples may not be used on building surfaces. Wire, floral wire are permitted.
Deliveries and Pick-Up –
Unless previously agreed upon, all deliveries by service providers and caterers may be made with prior notice on the day of the event only.
All equipment must be removed by 10:00am the morning after the event.
Liability Insurance –
Renter required to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance covering the day of the event in the minimum amount of one million dollars.
A certificate of insurance and policy endorsement naming “San Diego Creative Events and Veloce Motors The Vault, LLC, located at 9340 Dowdy Dr, Ste 102, San Diego, CA 92126” as an additional insured.
Noise Level –
Amplified music must be maintained at a reasonable volume and is only allowed inside the building.
Parking is limited to The Vault parking lot only which is 100 parking spots.
No pets of any kind are allowed in The Vaults building. Service dogs are permitted. Proof of service animal licensing and certificate must be provided prior to the event. All service animals inside the building must be wearing their official service vest at all times.
